Specialisations:

Niall graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in 2021 and started his career in Wellington at a small, boutique public law firm, specialising in Care of Children issues, Judicial Review, Public and Administrative Law, Marine and Coastal Area Act issues and Treaty of Waitangi matters. As part of this role, Niall regularly appeared before a variety of forums, most commonly the High Court, Family Court and Waitangi Tribunal. Having grown up in the Marlborough region, Niall joined C & F Legal at the start of 2024 in order to be closer to family and friends and experience the beautiful scenery that Nelson has to offer.

Since joining C & F Legal, Niall has been engaged in a wide variety of work alongside Andrew, Rick and Mark, including relationship property disputes, care of children matters, protection orders and employment issues, among other matters. In his work, Niall draws on his previous experience in resolving difficult issues and finding pragmatic solutions that suit each client’s specific needs.

Outside of work, Niall likes continuing to push himself (and weights) at the gym, and enjoys the odd TV show and video game.
