Ashleigh joined C & F Legal in January 2023 after graduating from the University of Canterbury in 2022 and is a solicitor in our litigation team. Having spent time throughout her studies volunteering with the Department of Corrections and her local community law centre, Ashleigh has developed a passion for advocacy and enjoys providing clients with exceptional service and assistance in navigating their legal challenges.  

Ashleigh works largely in family law including care of children, relationship property and family violence matters, whilst also advising clients on a range of civil disputes including debt collection recovery.

Ashleigh was drawn to Nelson, having spent some of her earlier years here and enjoys exploring the beautiful environment and scenery the Tasman region has to offer. Outside of work Ashleigh enjoys heading out for a run, reading a good book or spending time with her friends and family.

BA (English and History) / LLB, University of Canterbury (2022)
Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand (2023)
