Andrew specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. He acts for clients in a wide range of matters in the commercial, family and criminal law spheres. As a specialist litigator Andrew has a wealth of experience in achieving successful outcomes for clients who are embroiled in complex disputes and regularly appears on their behalf before the Family, District and High Courts of New Zealand. Andrew has acted for clients in a number of appellate jurisdictions including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Andrew hails from Wellington where he previously worked in the Information Technology industry, including as a director of several IT services companies. Andrew has worked with a wide spectrum of clients from small and medium businesses through to multinational corporates and government. After completing his law degree at Victoria University Wellington in 2010 Andrew moved to Nelson to join the C & F Legal litigation team.

Andrew has been a council member of the Nelson Branch of the New Zealand Law Society since 2012 and was its President from 2018-2020.

In his personal life Andrew enjoys finding new challenges and in 2016 he participated in the Fight4Victory 3, a charitable boxing event to raise funds for Victory Boxing. Andrew enjoys meeting new people, playing ultimate disc and playing the odd computer game.
