Kathy is a director of C & F Legal Limited and heads the property and commercial law team, working with Ibolya Little, Carl Brandt, and Robyn Dewson.

With a significant property, commercial, family trust and personal law practice, Kathy acts for a wide range of individuals, families and commercial clients.  Kathy’s clients include property developers, fishing industry and aquaculture operations, international forestry enterprises and various business houses from retail through to manufacture and export.

Kathy commenced her practice in Auckland with one of the larger law firms, returning to Nelson in 1989. Her many years in legal practice means that Kathy is well-placed to provide effective and efficient advice to both private and commercial clients at best cost.
